Impact Creative Recruitment Ltd partners with a successful design agency in Central London. They seek a Business Development Support to be the operational engine behind a BD and Marketing team of 12.

This is not a traditional sales role; it’s about bringing structure, pace and accountability to a busy commercial function. You’ll manage actions, deadlines and meetings, keep senior commercial people on track, coordinate across teams and produce weekly reports on targets and blockers.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development support or sales operations context.
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of actions, deadlines and meetings.
• Strong coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to create and maintain clear weekly reporting on targets and progress.
• Confidence to hold colleagues accountable and drive follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Managing a high volume of actions, deadlines, meetings and stakeholders
• Keeping senior commercial people on track and following up on agreed actions
• Coordinating activity across multiple teams and ensuring a joined-up plan
• Producing clear weekly reporting on targets, actions, blockers and next steps
• Tracking commercial opportunities and ensuring actions are progressed
• Identifying bottlenecks and proactively finding solutions
• Improving processes, trackers, systems and ways of working
