Job summary

Ambition in London is seeking a Proposals Manager to lead high-value, multi-jurisdictional pitches within a prestigious international law firm. This hybrid role offers significant visibility and the chance to shape winning proposals across jurisdictions.

You will own the full proposal lifecycle from strategy to submission, coach senior stakeholders, and collaborate with business development, pricing and knowledge teams worldwide to raise win rates.

Looking for a role where you can genuinely influence the outcome of major client opportunities?

We're working with a prestigious international law firm seeking an experienced Proposals Manager to join its high-performing business development team. This is a strategically important position supporting a globally recognised practice area, with responsibility for leading some of the firm's most significant and complex pitches and proposals.

You’ll partner closely with senior lawyers, partners and business services teams across multiple jurisdictions, taking ownership of the full proposal lifecycle from initial strategy through to submission. This is a highly visible role offering excellent stakeholder exposure, international collaboration and the opportunity to shape how the firm approaches winning new business.

The role:

• Leading high-value, complex and multi-jurisdictional proposals and pitches
• Managing end-to-end RFP and tender processes
• Developing compelling, client-focused proposal content
• Advising and coaching senior stakeholders throughout the pitch lifecycle
• Driving proposal best practice, innovation and continuous improvement
• Collaborating with BD, pricing, knowledge and document production teams globally
• Supporting win/loss reviews and using insights to improve future success rates

About you:
