Anthem Consulting Ltd is seeking a Business Development and Marketing Manager in London on a 12‑month FTC. The role focuses on Real Estate within the Corporate & Finance practice and requires three days in the office weekly with hybrid working.

You will work with the Head of BD for Real Estate, leading sub‑groups, driving BD plans, and delivering growth through cross‑selling, pitches, and profile elevation across a global footprint.

• Strong proposal and RFP response capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop BD plans with partners for Real Estate within Corporate & Finance.
• Lead growth initiatives for key clients and cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage RFP responses and pitches; coordinate with PR/Comms for profile raising.
• Oversee awards, rankings, and external sponsorship strategies.
• Plan and execute events, including international engagements where needed.
• Collaborate with Head of BD for Real Estate and other stakeholders.

12 month contract - BD and Marketing Manager role in a large international law firm. Focusing on their Real Estate work within their Corporate & Finance practice. London with hybrid working. Highly competitive salary.

This popular international law firm is looking for a Business Development and Marketing Manager to join the firm’s Corporate & Finance group, focusing primarily on their Real Estate stream.

This is an initial 12-month FTC, but the firm have an excellent history of keeping people on, and are going through a period of growth.

The role will work with the Head of BD for Real Estate, and take the lead on a few sub groups across the Real Estate practice and sector.

The role will work with a strong partner group, who are very bought into BD, and are keen for someone to come in with new ideas!

Key duties include:

• Working with the partners on developing the BD plans for the group;
• Leading on key initiatives such as the growth of key clients;
• Managing RFP responses and key pitches in this space;
• Identifying cross-selling opportunities working with the wider BD team;
• Working with the PR and comms teams on profile raising and news items;
• Managing and executing key awards and rankings;
• Managing events for the team, globally where needed;
• Managing and identifying sponsorship opportunities for the group;

This role would suit an experienced BD Manager, ideally from legal.

The firm are also open to speaking to candidates from wider professional services, who can demonstrate a knowledge of the Real Estate market.

The firm are ideally looking for a December / January start date. And the role requires 3 days in the office a week.
