Reed is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join a rapidly growing organisation shaping the future of battery manufacturing and sustainable technology. The role focuses on operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting pilot-scale process equipment to support trials and scale-up in a cutting-edge environment.

You will work closely with engineers and scientists, perform basic maintenance, record data accurately, and contribute to health and safety and quality standards while supporting continuous

• Hands-on mechanical problem-solving in an industrial setting.
• Experience with process equipment or manufacturing systems.
• Ability to follow procedures with high attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor pilot-scale processing equipment.
• Set up, run and support process development trials and experiments.
• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
• Accurately record process data, observations and test results.
• Collect samples and support quality testing activities.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and operational readiness.
• Support inventory control, goods-in activities and general facility upkeep.
• Contribute to risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
