Job Description:

Are you passionate about system design and test validation? Do you want to shape the future of electric mobility? We are seeking a Battery Management System (BMS) System Engineer to lead our Test Engineering Team with technical expertise, precision, and collaboration.

What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as the technical leader for test strategy and execution
  • Translate system-level requirements into traceable test cases
  • Collaborate with system engineers, software, and hardware teams
  • Drive test coverage analysis, process improvements, and peer reviews
  • Develop and improve test tools and automation frameworks
What You Bring:
  • Degree in Electrical/Systems Engineering or related field
  • Deep knowledge of BMS architecture (SOC, SOH, thermal, diagnostics)
  • Experience with tools like CANoe, Vector, MATLAB/Simulink, Polarion/DOORS
  • Strong understanding of ISO 26262 and functional safety
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Bonus Points:
  • 5+ years in BMS, automotive, or embedded systems testing
  • Scripting experience with Python/CAPL, automated testing
  • ISTQB certification
