Job summary
Peaple Talent is looking for an experienced Battery Energy Storage Engineer in Bristol to support the Rental team. This full-time position involves logistics, commissioning, and operation of a growing hybrid fleet. Candidates should have proven experience in energy storage, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with team members. Responsibilities
Support the Rental team with logistics, build, commissioning and operation of hybrid fleet.
Work closely with sales and rental teams to ensure correct equipment specification.
Provide second-line technical support to customers.
Manage resources for the maintenance and upkeep of hybrid assets.
Take a hands-on approach installing systems and developing engineers’ skills.
Monitor installations and provide feedback on performance.
Skills
Knowledge of the generator/plant hire market
Proven BESS / hybrid / energy storage experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
Willingness to travel and occasionally stay overnight
Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills
Understanding of electrical installations and load management
Confident using Microsoft Office or similar
