Job summary

Peaple Talent is looking for an experienced Battery Energy Storage Engineer in Bristol to support the Rental team. This full-time position involves logistics, commissioning, and operation of a growing hybrid fleet. Candidates should have proven experience in energy storage, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with team members. Responsibilities

• Support the Rental team with logistics, build, commissioning and operation of hybrid fleet.
• Work closely with sales and rental teams to ensure correct equipment specification.
• Provide second-line technical support to customers.
• Manage resources for the maintenance and upkeep of hybrid assets.
• Take a hands-on approach installing systems and developing engineers’ skills.
• Monitor installations and provide feedback on performance.

Skills

Knowledge of the generator/plant hire market

Proven BESS / hybrid / energy storage experience

Strong organisational and communication skills

Willingness to travel and occasionally stay overnight

Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills

Understanding of electrical installations and load management

Confident using Microsoft Office or similar
