Job summary

Elliott Recruitment Solutions Limited is recruiting a Bathroom Installation Manager to cover Nottingham and surrounding areas. You will oversee installation teams, perform detailed surveys, and ensure high-quality bathroom installations meet standards.

Reporting to the Director of Installations, you will drive site surveys, manage issues, and coordinate with customers and departments to maintain top service levels. CAD proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Installation Manager role within bathrooms, kitchens, or the wider construction/building sector.
• Essential experience using CAD software.
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed technical surveys within customers properties to ensure right first-time installations.
• Manage and oversee installation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Carry out regular site visits to monitor quality, progress, and compliance.
• Resolve site-based issues promptly and effectively.
• Manage remedial works and warranty claims.
• Liaise with customers, installers, and internal departments to maintain excellent service levels.
• Produce and interpret CAD drawings and installation plans where required.
