Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Bathroom Installation Manager to cover Nottingham and surrounding areas. This permanent role reports to the Director of Installations and focuses on delivering high-quality bathroom installations efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities include surveying, team management, site visits, and handling warranties. CAD drawings and CRM familiarity are essential; a full UK driving licence is required. Salary up to £50,000 plus car allowance and bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience as Installation Manager in bathrooms, kitchens, or construction/building sectors.
• Proficient CAD software skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed technical surveys to ensure right first-time installations.
• Manage and oversee installation teams through the project lifecycle.
• Carry out regular site visits to monitor quality, progress and compliance.
• Resolve site-based issues promptly and effectively.
• Manage remedial works and warranty claims.
• Liaise with customers, installers and internal departments to maintain service levels.
• Produce and interpret CAD drawings and installation plans when required.
