Qualifications

• Previous catering experience in a school, college or contract catering environment.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to a rota pattern and maintain high hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve breakfast, lunch or dinner to customers.
• Set up dining rooms and service areas for meals.
• Prepare food and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean and tidy.
• Restock stocks and assist with cleaning duties as required.
• Interact with customers and colleagues in a professional manner.
