Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is recruiting for a Basket Wash Hygiene Operative (B/Wash Operative) at the Coupar Angus site. You will manage heavy-duty sanitation of essential production equipment, overseeing industrial cleaning machines and ensuring equipment meets strict safety and hygiene standards.

You will supply factory departments with clean equipment and ensure timely delivery to production lines to prevent delays. The role offers progression, training, and benefits as part of our growing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial cleaning is an advantage but not required; training provided including Level 1 Health & Safety and Level 2 Food Safety.

Job Description

2 Sisters Food Group is looking to recruit B/Wash operators Team B

• Hours of work: Week 1 - 33 hours and Week 2 - 44 hours.
• Wednesday - Friday & every 2nd Saturday 5am - 5pm.
• Pay rate - £13.00 per hour.

As a

Basket Wash Hygiene Operative (B/Wash Operative) at the Coupar Angus, you will manage the heavy-duty sanitation of essential production equipment. You are responsible for

overseeing and operating industrial cleaning machines to wash trays, dollies, baskets, and dolavs.

Your main priority is ensuring all washed equipment meets strict food safety and hygiene standards before it goes back to the floor. You will actively

supply factory departments with clean equipment, ensuring the right quantities are delivered to the correct production lines exactly when needed to prevent operational delays.

Qualifications

We’re seeking motivated individuals who bring a positive attitude, a genuine eagerness to learn, and a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. Previous experience in industrial cleaning is an advantage but not required — we provide full training, including Level 1 Health & Safety and Level 2 Food Safety certification.
