Job summary

Ryanair - Europe’s Favourite Airline at Prestwick Airport base seeks a Stores Clerk to manage stock movements, tooling and shipments across the Ryanair network. You will work with engineering and QA to ensure compliance with EASA requirements and internal processes.

Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-focused and proficient with Microsoft Office; forklift experience and knowledge of Dangerous Goods are valued assets. AMOS experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AMOS advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Control of all stock movements into and out of stores, both physically and on the engineering system.
• Control of commercial goods requirements.
• Control of aircraft tooling in the hangar.
• Coordinate shipments of materials across Ryanair network.
• Ensure stores are controlled per EASA requirements and internal processes.
• Assist in time ex/calibration items such as tooling and chemicals.
• Support PAM tooling store operations and follow procedures.
• Assist audits with PAM/RYR/IAA Quality.
• Assist in U/S parts and quarantine area.
• Support movement of parts through Stores and Ryanair Network.
• Ensure materials are controlled per internal processes and quality procedures.

Reports to: Base Maintenance Stores Supervisor

Location: Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance (PAM), PIK Airport

Duties Will Include, But Not Limited To

• Responsible for the control of all stock movements into and out of stores both physically and on our engineering computer system.
• Responsible for the control of commercial goods requirements
• Responsible for the control of aircraft tooling in the hangar
• Responsible for shipments of materials throughout the Ryanair network.
• Ensuring stores are controlled and monitored in accordance with E.A.S.A requirements.
• Assist in the control of time ex / calibration items such as tooling, chemicals.
• Assist in the smooth running of the PAM tooling store, ensuring procedures are followed
• Assist with audits with PAM/RYR/IAA Quality
• Assist in the control of U/S parts and the quarantine area
• Assist in all activities related to the movement of parts through Stores and the Ryanair Network.
• Ensuring all materials are controlled in accordance with internal processes and quality procedures
