Job summary

Marston's PLC is looking for a friendly Bartender to join our pubs across the UK. You’ll take orders, serve drinks, upsell food and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

You must be over 18, enjoy teamwork, and be ready to learn. We offer flexible/part-time hours, a 30% staff discount, meal deals on shift, wellbeing perks, and genuine opportunities to progress in a busy, social hospitality environment.

Job description

We're on the lookout for a new Bartender to join our team! Applicants must be over 18 to adhere to legislation around serving alcohol. New to hospitality? You won't be for long! Make a name for yourself in one of our pubs. Our Bartenders are at the heart of it all, right where the magic happens. It's not just a shift on the bar. It's mastering the best pint. It's about creating those happy, memorable moments that leaves our guests coming back for more.
