Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Bartender to join our team in a pub environment across the UK. Applicants must be 18+ due to alcohol service legislation. You’ll be the face of our pubs, serving drinks and upselling food and drinks while delivering a friendly, memorable guest experience.

You’ll gain people, marketing and operational skills while getting paid. We offer flexible hours, a reliable hours contract and staff benefits as you progress in your Marston's career.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, welcoming approach.
• Ability to upsell menu items and promote specials.

We're on the lookout for a new Bartender to join our team! Applicants must be over 18 to adhere to legislation around serving alcohol. New to hospitality? You won't be for long!
