Marston's PLC is seeking a Bartender to join our pub team. Applicants must be 18+ to comply with alcohol legislation. The role focuses on delivering great guest experiences and mastering the art of serving pints in a lively, friendly pub environment.

You will be the face of our pubs, taking orders, serving, upselling, and supporting colleagues. Flexible, part-time hours are offered with real opportunities for progression within the business.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or bar service experience preferred.
• Able to serve alcohol in line with legislation.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and drinks.
• Upsell menu items to guests.
• Provide brilliant customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.

We're on the lookout for a new Bartender to join our team! Applicants must be over 18 to adhere to legislation around serving alcohol. New to hospitality? You won't be for long! Make a name for yourself in one of our pubs. Our Bartenders are at the heart of it all, right where the magic happens. It's not just a shift on the bar. It's mastering the best pint.
