Job summary

Lenny's in Covent Garden is hiring a Bartender to join the opening team, crafting and serving drinks with pace, precision and warmth on a busy, site-based bar.

You will work closely with the Head Bartender and floor team to keep service flowing, handle guest requests, and uphold licensing and food safety standards. This is an exciting chance to help build a new standout venue in London.

Qualifications

• Experience behind a bar in a busy, quality restaurant or bar.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine and cocktail making.
• Ability to guide guests through the menu including allergens.

Responsibilities

£15.50 to £16.50 per hour (dependent on experience)

Location: Henrietta Street, Covent Garden, site based, WC2E, London

Lenny's is a new pizzeria on Henrietta Street in Covent Garden, from Max Lewis and MJMK Restaurants. The result of Max's extensive travels to New Haven, Connecticut, it is built around pizzas that are crispy, chewy and charred, a revival of his much-loved pop-up now finding a permanent home in the heart of Covent Garden. We're building the opening team now.

We're looking for a Bartender to join the opening team at Lenny's, making and serving drinks with pace, precision and warmth. You'll be part of what makes every visit to the bar feel personal, from the first order to the last round.

This role suits someone who loves being behind the bar, thrives under pace, and takes pride in getting every drink right. You'll work closely with the Head Bartender and floor team to keep service flowing smoothly all night.

This is a hands-on role for someone ready to help build something from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Back the wider team through the busy moments and celebrate the wins together

About MJMK Restaurants

MJMK Restaurants owns and operates a collection of award-winning restaurants. Founded in 2018 by lifelong friends Jake Kasumov and Marco Mendes, our journey began with Casa do Frango.
