San Carlo Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Bartender to join our busy bar teams across our Italian restaurants. You will be responsible for greeting guests, taking drink orders, and crafting both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.

Maintain a clean, organized bar, verify ages, and manage cash and tabs while delivering a welcoming guest experience. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential in our fast-paced venues.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers at the bar and taking drink orders.
• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Checking IDs and ensuring customers are not over-served.
• Maintaining a clean bar area and restocking supplies.
• Handling cash and card transactions and opening/closing tabs.
• Creating a welcoming atmosphere and engaging with customers about the menu.
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Providing guidance to other bar staff.
