The role includes handling cash/credit transactions and maintaining a clean bar area, with opportunities for training and career growth across the San Carlo network. Responsibilities

• Greeting customers at the bar and taking drink orders.
• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Checking identification to verify customers' ages and ensure responsible service.
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning surfaces.
• Managing cash and card transactions, including opening/closing tabs and making change.
• Creating a welcoming atmosphere and engaging with customers.
