eighteen on Colmore Row is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our private members’ club on a casual basis (approx. 15 hrs per week). Based in Birmingham, you’ll cover evening and weekend shifts, with a vibrant events calendar ahead and a five-minute walk from UCB.
Join our stunning bar area and terrace and help shape the member experience. We’re looking for solid cocktail knowledge, bar experience, and a friendly, proactive team player who can deliver top-notch service.

We currently manage over 400,000 sq. ft of hospitality focused co-working, event, and exclusive Clubspaces for over 5000 members. We operate across the UK, with spaces in London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Milton Keynes, with plans to launch more sites in 2027 (and beyond!).

With panoramic views across Birmingham, it’s a comfortable place for people to work, meet, eat, drink, connect and celebrate. Today we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join us on a casual basis (approx. 15 hrs per week), to help shape the member experience. With party season fast approaching, we have a busy events calendar ahead, so there’ll be a number of evening (and occasional weekend) shifts over the coming months. Based on Colmore Row, this role is perfectly located if you are currently studying at UCB as we are only a 5 min walk away!!
