Castle Hotel Windsor is recruiting a charismatic Bartender for Pennington’s, a brand-new British Brasserie on Windsor High Street. Join the opening team to set the standard from day one, pouring cocktails, wines, beers, and classic drinks while delivering warm, attentive service in a fast-paced brasserie.

You’ll learn the drinks menu, work with floor and kitchen teams, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for locals and hotel guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience behind a busy bar or hospitality venue.
• Strong customer service and memory for drinks menu.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

• Crafting the Experience: Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, beers, and classic drinks with consistency and flair.
• Delivering Excellence: Providing warm, attentive service in a stylish, high-energy brasserie environment.
• Knowing Your Craft: Learning our drinks menu, wine list, and seasonal offerings inside out to make confident recommendations.
