Bel & The Dragon Churt is seeking an experienced bartender to join our team on a full-time basis with flexible hours. Located in the picturesque Surrey Hills, our historic country pub and hotel focuses on great food, quality drinks and hospitality.

You will enjoy working behind the bar, delivering welcoming service and developing your drinks knowledge within a supportive team. We offer an exciting variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and a culture that values good people, teamwork

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience and confidence behind the bar.
• A friendly approach and a genuine interest in hospitality.
• Willingness to learn and develop drinks knowledge.
• Enjoy working as part of a team and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Serve and mix drinks behind the bar with consistency and care.
• Deliver welcoming and attentive guest service.
• Assist with bar fining and stock when required.

Bel & The Dragon Churt is looking for an experienced bartender to join our team on a full-time basis, with flexible hours.

We're a historic country pub and hotel with a focus on great food, quality drinks and excellent hospitality. We're looking for someone who enjoys working behind the bar, takes pride in what they do and understands the importance of making every guest feel welcome.

What we're looking for:

• Previous bartending experience and confidence behind the bar.
• A friendly approach and a genuine interest in hospitality.
• A willingness to learn and develop your drinks knowledge.
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

You don't need to tick every box. A great attitude, a willingness to learn and a passion for looking after guests go a long way.
