Bel & The Dragon Churt is looking for an experienced bartender to join our team on a full‑time basis, with flexible hours.

We’re a historic country pub and hotel with a focus on great food, quality drinks and excellent hospitality. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working behind the bar, takes pride in what they do and understands the importance of making every guest feel welcome.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous bartending experience and confidence behind the bar.
• A friendly approach and a genuine interest in hospitality.
• A willingness to learn and develop your drinks knowledge.

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
