Glendola Leisure Venues is seeking enthusiastic bartenders to join a lively, professional team in Greater London. You will run a well‑stocked, efficient bar, ensure a clean customer area, and help drive sales while engaging with customers and building rapport.

We offer flexible shifts, a competitive hourly rate plus a monthly share of service charges (tronc) in line with the Tipping Act. Training and career growth opportunities are provided to support your development.

Job description

Our bar tenders do whatever they can to make a customer’s experience with us a truly memorable one. So, you’ll be joining a fun but professional team who support each other and thrive on getting to know our customers’ needs and exceeding their expectations. Part of that is running an efficient bar, ensuring stocks are maintained, the customer environment is clean, and our products are up to scratch. You’ll also look out for further sales opportunities whenever possible and take advantage of on-going training to keep your skills and knowledge up to date.

• £12.71-£15.26 per hour

• The lower figure is the hourly salary and the higher figure is the average hourly income across a year including tronc distribution for the role advertised
