Glendola Leisure is seeking a Bar Tender to join a fun, professional team dedicated to delivering memorable customer experiences. You’ll manage a busy bar, keep stocks replenished, maintain a clean environment, and spot opportunities to upsell while supporting colleagues across shifts.

You’ll receive ongoing training to sharpen your skills, enjoy flexible shift patterns, a competitive hourly rate, and access to staff benefits including a service charge share distributed monthly.

Formación

• Hospitality/bar experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer relation skills.
• Ability to spot upselling opportunities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Run a busy bar, manage stock and keep the area clean.

Our Bar Tenders do whatever they can to make a customer’s experience with us a truly memorable one. So, you’ll be joining a fun but professional team who support each other and thrive on getting to know our customers’ needs and exceeding their expectations. Part of that is running an efficient bar, ensuring stocks are maintained, the customer environment is clean, and our products are up to scratch. You’ll also look out for further sales opportunities whenever possible and take advantage of on-going training to keep your skills and knowledge up to date.
