Job summary

COSMO Authentic World Kitchen in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our vibrant team. You will prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, provide friendly service, and keep the bar area clean and organized.

Responsibilities include handling orders, managing tabs, checking IDs, and maintaining safety and quality while working nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Competitive salary with Tronc and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Experience as Bartender or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong cash handling and POS system experience.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations for alcohol service.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
