Job summary

Château des Avenières in Wales is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team and deliver an exceptional bar and guest experience. You will prepare and serve a wide range of beverages to a high standard, maintain product knowledge, and provide attentive, professional service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires working various shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with prior bartending experience and a passion for quality service and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a quality establishment.
• Wine & Spirit (WEST) accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages to a high standard.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and provide attentive, professional service.
• Ensure the bar area is well-presented, fully stocked, and operated in line with licensing and hygiene regulations.

This role includes working a variety of shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, to support our busy service periods. Previous bartending experience and a passion for quality service and hospitality are highly desirable.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a quality establishment. Preferably having Wine & Spirit (WEST) accreditation.
