Job summary

Imad's Syrian Kitchen in Royal Greenwich is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our vibrant bar team. You will prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, engage with guests, and help maintain a lively, safe bar environment.

We value mixology expertise, excellent service, and teamwork. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required; personal license preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Must have previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails and beverage preparation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Health and safety knowledge related to beverage service.
• Personal license preferred but not essential.

• Work closely with the bar and restaurant team to ensure smooth service.
