Swinton Park Hotel is seeking a friendly Bartender for the Terrace Restaurant to deliver warm, professional service in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will engage with guests, share menu knowledge, and upsell drinks and dishes to enhance the dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service to all guests.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartender to join our Terrace team.

As a Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to guests visiting our Terrace restaurant and bar. You will ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience through attentive service, excellent product knowledge, and a warm, professional approach.

Key Responsibilities

Cash Handling & Compliance

• Follow all cash handling and payment procedures accurately.
• Ensure all guest charges and end-of-shift reconciliations are completed correctly.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.
• Complete daily operational checklists and records as required.

Team Support

• Arrive for shifts punctually and presented in the correct uniform.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Undertake additional duties as requested by supervisors or managers.
