Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Bartender to join our pub team. Applicants must be over 18 to comply with legislation around serving alcohol. Be the face of our pubs, creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere and mastering the art of serving and upselling while enjoying progression opportunities.

You will work around 30 hours per week with reliable hours and flexible/part-time options. Benefits include staff discounts, meal deals, and opportunities to grow within a well-known pub company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to comply with alcohol service legislation.
• Experience in hospitality is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, serve customers and upsell food and drinks.

• Support the wider team and assist where needed to ensure smooth service.

We're on the lookout for a new Bartender to join our team! Applicants must be over 18 to adhere to legislation around serving alcohol. New to hospitality? You won't be for long! Make a name for yourself in one of our pubs. Our Bartenders are at the heart of it all, right where the magic happens. It's not just a shift on the bar. It's mastering the best pint. It's about creating those happy, memorable moments that leaves our guests coming back for more. As part of our Bar and Waiting team you'll: Be the face of our pubs creating and maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
