Our menu features over 50 signature cocktails designed for theatre and guest interaction, employing cutting-edge techniques such as dry-ice, spherification, clarification, carbonation, and flavored edible airs.

We serve drinks on fire, in lightbulbs, and in edible cups.

We believe training is vital to ensure team members feel comfortable, valued, and respected.

All bartenders start by learning the role of bar support, which we believe is fundamental for a well-rounded bartender to understand each ingredient in their drinks.

Our bartenders are paired with a highly qualified trainer for three weeks to ensure familiarity with our recipes and to provide ongoing support before certification.
