Job summary

Permanently Unique Group is seeking a bartender to join our team in Manchester. This role focuses on delivering a warm welcome and a unique guest experience, while sharing knowledge of our cocktail and drinks menu to create immersive experiences.

You will work with a friendly team, respond to various guest needs, and maintain meticulous drink presentation. Training starts at a rate with a future pay increase upon successful completion.

• Demonstrate a genuine passion for cocktails and beverages and a desire to continue to develop your knowledge.
• Share your knowledge of our cocktails and drinks menu to create a unique and immersive drinking experience for our guests.
• Deliver impeccable attention to detail for drinks preparation and presentation.
• All bartenders will begin their journey on a training rate tronc; once training has been successfully completed the tronc rate will be increased.
