Roseate House London is an intimate 5 star luxury London hotel offering 48 exquisitely appointed rooms and suites. Ideally located on Westbourne Terrace, it lies to the north of Hyde Park, London's largest royal park.

We are now looking for a full time Senior Bartender / Assistant Bar Manager ready to join a young and dynamic team for our luxury cocktail bar The Hyde Bar !

The ideal candidate must demonstrate genuine dedication and show a commitment to consistent quality in our products and services.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a passionate Bartender who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5 star service to guests. At the same time, our Bartender will have the mixology, cocktail and wine knowledge in order to deliver an outstanding product and guest experience.

• Ability to deliver warmth, charm and hospitality which will engage the guests and the team
• Real pride and passion for what you do, with the ability to build rapport and long term relationships with guests.
• Previous experience of working as a Bartender in a 4/5 star environment.
• Overall you will have bags of personality, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring a professional, friendly and courteous service to all guests.
• Delivering a warm welcomed and taking food & drink orders accurately.
• Being familiar with product offering (i.e. the menu, beverages on offer, wine list, etc).
• Serving guests orders efficiently and in accordance with the bars standard of presentation.
• Ensuring the bar is properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service.
• Carrying out cash handling procedures in accordance with Company policy.

The ideal candidate for this position:

• Must have a minimum of 1 years previous experience in 4/5 stars hotel bar.
• Must be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
• Must be standards driven and detail-orientated.
• Must have the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
• Must have a good command of English.
• Must have excellent self-presentation.
• Barista & cocktail skills and strong wine/beverage knowledge would be advantageous.
