Job summary

GAUCHO Liverpool is seeking an enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, passionate bartender with broad knowledge of cocktails, spirits and wine, able to deliver quality drinks with speed, skill and precision following GAUCHO drink specifications.

Qualifications

• Experienced bartender with knowledge of cocktails, spirits and wine.
• Ability to deliver high-quality drinks quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to recommend cocktails, spirits and wines.
• Maintain drink quality, presentation and timing during service.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, drinks and wines following Gaucho specifications and the cycle of service.
• Ensure fast, accurate drink orders and high standards.
• Keep bar clean and organized; follow setup and breakdown procedures.
• Support management to maximise revenues by stock control.
• Train and mentor new team members.
• Be the face of GAUCHO and deliver hospitality excellence.

Key responsibilities of a GAUCHO Bartender

• Confidently engage with guests to recommend cocktails, spirits and wines.
• Maintain consistent drink quality, presentation and timing during service.
• Work with the GAUCHO team to offer an exceptional experience to all GAUCHO guests during their visit.
• Prepare and serve all cocktails, drinks, and wines following Gaucho specifications and the cycle of service.
• Ensure all drinks orders are prepared quickly, accurately and to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean and organised bar at all times while working and follow all bar set-up and breakdown procedures.
• Support and assist the management team to maximise revenues and profits by following all stock control procedures.
• Support, train, and act as a role model to all new members of the team
• Be the face of GAUCHO and demonstrate service excellence through heightened hospitality
