Job summary

Crazy Bear is seeking a skilled Bartender for our Stadhampton boutique hotel. You will craft cocktails, provide outstanding service, and work both behind the bar and on the floor to delight guests.

We value mixology expertise, strong drink presentation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar establishment.
• Proven ability to craft a wide range of classic and contemporary cocktails.
• Strong understanding of mixology techniques, premium spirits, and bar operations.
• Keen eye for detail; drinks presented to the highest standard.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service.
• Oversee the bar and lounge areas.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Right to work in the UK.

For this role, we are searching for a bartender who shares our passion and has the drive to exceed expectations. You will be working behind the bar as well as on the floor, creating perfectly crafted drinks and giving exceptional customer service from taking orders to making and serving drinks.
