The Coal Shed London is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our busy, high-volume restaurant near Tower Bridge. You will craft and serve drinks to the highest standards, stay attentive to guests, and work as part of a diverse, friendly team in a neighbourhood setting.

We are looking for an experience Bartenderto join our team at The Coal shed.

The Coal Shed London celebrates coal-roasted rare breed heritage meat and South Coast seafood, inspired by Founder Raz Helalat’s Persian roots by cooking over fire.

Located moments away from Tower Bridge, the restaurant offers a seasonal a la carte menu, daily specials, sharing fish and meat dishes, and an award-winning Sunday sharing roast.

Occupying two floors, The Coal Shed London is a modern open‑plan grill restaurant with a private dining room and cocktail bar..

As a Bartender, you will passionate, driven, and enthusiastic about working in an environment that has a neighbourhood feel with atmosphere that feels like an extension of you family, delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will be working as part of a diverse, inclusive and supportive team means you will look after our guest, delivering drinks to the highest standards.
