Job summary

Malmaison Glasgow is hiring a Bartender to join a vibrant hotel bar team. The role pays £12.80 per hour plus Tronc and is part time (24 hours across 4–5 shifts per week), with typical shifts from early afternoon to late evening and occasional early shifts.

We’re looking for someone who can describe wine confidently, shake a great martini and contribute to a high standard of banter, knowledge and entertainment for guests enjoying drinks as part of the wider F&B experience.

Rate of pay / hours: £12.80 per hour + Tronc
Type of Contract: Part Time- 24 hours / 4-5 shifts a week. Typically 3pm-1130pm/ 12pm-9pm or 5pm-1130pm/ 1am Friday/Saturday. Potential for early shifts on occasions also.
