The Ivy Restaurants Ltd in Glasgow is expanding with The Ivy Brasserie and The Ivy Asia. A Bartender is needed to join a dynamic team, welcoming guests, taking orders, and crafting exquisite cocktails in a vibrant setting.

Housed within one of Glasgow's most iconic historic buildings, this exciting new destination will bring together two exceptional restaurant concepts under one roof, complemented by elegant private dining facilities. This landmark opening represents a significant milestone for The Ivy Collection and an exciting new chapter for hospitality in the city.

We’re searching for a charismatic Bartender to join our dynamic and supportive team and become part of something special.

Key elements of your role as Bartender will include welcoming customers, taking drinks orders, making recommendations, preparing, and serving exquisite drinks. You’re confident handling financial transactions, supervising barbacks and keeping abreast of all drink legislation, food safety and hygiene best practices.
