Job summary

The Ivy Brasserie in Glasgow, part of The Ivy Collection, is expanding with The Ivy Asia. We are seeking an enthusiastic Barback to join a supportive team in this iconic destination.

You will welcome customers, take drink orders, stock taking and ordering supplies, and uphold cleanliness and hygiene behind the bar. Benefits include competitive pay, guaranteed 20 hours minimum, staff discounts and development opportunities.

We’re searching for an enthusiastic Barback to join a supportive team in one of the UK’s most-loved restaurant brands.

Key elements of your role as a Barback will include welcoming customers, taking drink orders, and making recommendations. You will support with stock taking and ordering supplies, and always uphold the standards of cleanliness and hygiene behind the bar.
