Join our Cocktail Bar, offering enviable views overlooking beautiful gardens. The Bar is open throughout the day, providing a relaxing environment for guests to enjoy coffee, drinks, afternoon tea, aperitifs, and digestifs.

We operate on a variety of shifts over a five-day week, totaling 45 hours per week, to ensure service is available throughout the day.

Main Duties Include:

• Ensuring the Bar is stocked and ready for each service period.
• Maintaining a well-presented Bar and Lounge for guest arrivals.
• Completing all pre-preparation for service.
• Greeting guests entering the bar.
• Establishing guest needs and taking orders.
• Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails.
• Tray serving drinks across the service areas.
• Serving light lunches, afternoon teas, and snacks in the bar lounge.
• Liaising with the Estate Grill & Tudor Pass regarding guests' pre-dinner drinks and restaurant reservations.
• Processing payments for food and beverages or charging resident guests' accounts.
• Adhering to the Mystery Guest Standards for the Bar.
• Effectively clearing down the work area at the end of each shift.
• Balancing tills and guest charges.
• Leaving guest areas in a presentable state at shift end.

Requirements:

• Five days per week with flexible early and late shifts, totaling 45 hours. Early shifts start at 9:30 am; late shifts begin between 1 pm and 3 pm depending on event or wedding finish times.
• Smart appearance and excellent communication skills with a passion for guest service.
• Experience in quality food and beverage service within a hotel or restaurant environment is required.
