Job description

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Bartender/Barista to join our dynamic team in a high-paced, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate has a passion for both coffee and cocktails, excels under pressure, and delivers consistently high-quality beverages—from intricate latte art to expertly crafted cocktails.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Barista Duties:
   • Prepare a variety of high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks.
   • Create latte art with consistency and attention to detail.
   • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment.
   • Manage coffee bean rotation and grind settings for optimal taste.
   • Upsell specialty drinks and pastries when appropriate.
2. Bartender Duties:
   • Mix, garnish, and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
   • Craft classic cocktails and develop seasonal or signature drinks.
   • Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area at all times.
   • Check identification of customers to ensure legal drinking age.
   • Handle cash, card transactions, and operate POS system accurately.
3. General Responsibilities:
   • Deliver outstanding customer service and build rapport with regular guests.
   • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
   • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
   • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
   • Participate in opening and closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a barista and/or bartender.
• Proven ability to create latte art and prepare espresso drinks to specialty coffee standards.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, and mixology techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Barista or bartender certification is a plus.
