Recruit Genie in Edinburgh is seeking an enthusiastic bartender to join our casual, high-volume bar. You will prepare cocktails, wines, and beers, and help guests choose from a dynamic menu.

You will interact with guests, maintain a clean and organized bar, handle cash and card payments, and work with the team to deliver fast, friendly service. Flexible scheduling supports part-time or full-time availability.

Formación

• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beer.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.

Responsibilities:
