Job summary

The Botanist Cheltenham is hiring a Bartender to join our friendly bar team. You’ll deliver outstanding drinks, engage guests and help create a welcoming atmosphere during busy service, ensuring memorable experiences from the moment guests arrive.

Ideal candidates have bar experience, knowledge of cocktails, and a passion for hospitality. We offer 50% discount for you and up to 5 guests, free meals on shift, a guaranteed birthday day off, plus training and wellbeing support.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of service behind the bar.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy making people feel welcome.

You'll ideally have experience as a Bartender, Cocktail Bartender, Bar Staff Team Member or within a customer-facing hospitality role. However, attitude, personality and a genuine passion for looking after guests are just as important as experience.
