Job summary

Prezzo Italian in the UK is seeking warm, friendly Front of House Team Members to welcome guests, recommend dishes and look after every table. You’ll be the first smile guests see and help make each visit memorable.

You’ll work closely with kitchen and bar, handle orders and payments, keep the restaurant tidy, and take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality. Full training is provided and opportunities across our brands.

The role

As a Front of House Team Member at Prezzo Italian, you're the first smile guests see and the reason they come back. You welcome, you recommend, you look after every table, and you make it look easy.

What you'll be responsible for

Delivering exceptional hospitality

• Greet every guest warmly and make them feel at home.
• Know the menu and recommend dishes and drinks with real enthusiasm.
• Take orders accurately, including allergen and dietary requests, following our procedures every time.
• Keep an eye on every table so guests have what they need before they ask.
• Make every guest's first and last impression one they remember.

Being part of the team

• Work closely with the kitchen and bar so every plate and drink goes out right.
• Help your teammates when it gets busy.
• Keep the restaurant clean, tidy and ready for guests.
• Handle payments accurately and with care.
