Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a Front of House Team Member to provide warm hospitality, guidance on menus, and smooth service flow in a high-energy dining room. You’ll welcome guests, take accurate orders, and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

• Greet every guest warmly and make them feel at home.
• Know the menu and recommend dishes and drinks with real enthusiasm.
• Take orders accurately, including allergen and dietary requests, following our procedures every time.
• Keep an eye on every table so guests have what they need before they ask.
• Make every guest's first and last impression one they remember.
