Carnoustie Golf Hotel & Spa in Scotland is seeking a charismatic Bartender to join the team. You will craft cocktails, serve wine and coffee, and be the face of hospitality for residents and guests.

The role requires experience in bartending, a deep understanding of mixology, and availability for evenings, weekends and holidays. You will work with floor and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and uphold training standards.

• Bartending experience is essential, preferably in a hotel or high-volume upscale environment.
• Deep understanding of mixology, spirits, wine pairings, and beer styles.
