Job summary

Carnoustie Golf Hotel & Spa is seeking a charismatic Bartender to join our team. You will craft cocktails, wines, and specialty beverages while delivering hospitality at the heart of the guest experience.

Bring bartending experience and a deep knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine pairings, and beer styles. You will engage guests, maintain a pristine bar, and collaborate with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.

• Experience bartending is essential, preferably in hotel or high-volume upscale environments.
• Deep understanding of drinks, spirits, wine pairings, and beer styles.
• Positive, can-do attitude with ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

• Craft & Create: Prepare a wide range of drinks - from cocktails and wine service to specialty coffees - with precision and speed.
• Host: Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, offering recommendations and anticipating their needs.
• Maintain Excellence: Keep the bar area pristine, organized, and fully stocked.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
• Compliance: Ensure all mandatory training and licensing training is kept up to date.
