Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to perform bartending techniques (smashing, muddling, blending).
• Familiarity with current drink trends.

Join Our Team as a Skilled Bartender

We are currently looking for a skilled Bartender to join our bar team at THE PIG’s unique bars. We craft cocktails by smashing, muddling, blending, shaking, and throwing, with ingredients sourced from our kitchen garden. Our spirits are infused with herbs, flowers, and berries; we add bacon to bourbon and caramel to rum, showcasing our creativity.

As a Bartender, you will support the daily operations of the bar, ensuring a creative and excellent service for our guests. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and presentable bar and developing your beverage knowledge, keeping up with current trends.

Previous experience in a similar role, knowledge of classic cocktails, and the ability to create modern twists are preferred.
