Job description

We're currently recruiting a driven Barista to help us create beautifully crafted drinks for CH&CO on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. As a Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers. Rate Of Pay:

£12.70 per hour

Working Pattern:

Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers
• Food preparation
• Managing deliveries (decanting)
• Delivering hospitality and managing equipment around sites
• General food assistant duties (serving, clearing, washing dishes)
• Maintaining a clean kitchen and bar area
• Stocktaking and inventory management
• Processing payments (cash and card)
• Being an enthusiastic team player and effective communicator
• Ensuring availability of clean mugs and plates
• Learning brewing methods, beverage blends, and food presentation techniques
• Checking equipment operation and reporting maintenance needs
• Representing CH&CO positively and maintaining brand image
• Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations
