Job summary

Haven is seeking a Bar Team Member at Kiln Park Holiday Centre in Tenby to deliver friendly service and craft drinks that guests will remember. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and help create a welcoming atmosphere across busy periods.

Experience isn’t mandatory, but strong customer service, good communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays are valued. You’ll receive training, with opportunities to develop within Haven.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or customer-facing role is beneficial but not required.
• Customer service focused – friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Applicants must meet the minimum legal age of 18 to sell alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests, take drinks orders and ensure a positive experience.
