Lexington Catering Ltd is seeking an experienced Barista to join our busy corporate site in Chessington. You will be at the heart of the customer experience, serving great coffee and building relationships with customers in a welcoming atmosphere.

With a focus on delivering excellent service and upselling, you will work Monday to Friday on-site, enjoying the supportive team environment and access to our range of team perks as part of a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Previous Barista experience is essential
• A genuine passion for coffee and customer service
• A confident and friendly personality
• Excellent communication and people skills
• A natural ability to engage with customers and upsell

Responsabilités

• Creating and serving great-quality coffee and drinks
• Providing a warm, friendly and efficient service to our customers
• Building great customer relationships and confidently upselling products
• Keeping the coffee and service areas clean, organised, well-presented and fully stocked
• Keeping up to date with menus, daily offers and products
• Working as part of a busy and supportive team
• Following all COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures
