BM Caterers is seeking a trained Barista to join our team at The Heights, Weybridge. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a focus on preparing high-quality beverages and delivering excellent customer service.

You will work in a busy coffee bar, handle cash and tills confidently, and contribute to merchandising and stock rotation throughout the day. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service environment handling customers
• Strong communication and friendly, proactive service style
• Comfort with cash handling and till operations
